The event will be under cover in a marquee. However, dress up warm or bring a blanket suitable for our Autum weather.
The event will go ahead in the rain and will only halt in the case of nearby lightning.
A variety of vendors will be offering food at the Cricket Club.
No smoking is permitted in the marquee or club house, but there is outdoor space.
As well as a selection of beer and cider, the Cricket Club bar will be open offering a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Festival cask ale and cider costs £4.00 per pint with halves for £2.00. Craft beer will cost £5 per pint and £3 per half pint. We will operate a cashless/token bar. Savings on adavance tokens and entry available.
Tickets for the Friday Comedy Night are £15 in advance with a small booking fee. Note this event is limited to 200 guests and usually sells out in advance. Entry on Saturday is £5 to cover the bands and beer glass.
The festival is not-for-profit and any profits will go to charity or funding and growing further Berkhamsted beer, music and comedy festivals.
The beer festival will be at the Berkhamsted Cricket Club. There is wheelchair access and a disabled toilet.
DOGS AND CHILDREN
Well behaved dogs and children are allowed at the Cricket Club.
The comedy material is adult in nature so not at all suitable for children. Due to limited space, pushchairs will not be allowed in the marquee or club house. However, we will provide a gazebo buggy park.
There is nearby parking in the Railway Station. Please use public transport if you intend to drink alcohol; the Cricket Club is just 5 minutes walk from the station.
We rely on a team of enthusiastic volunteers to help run our events. Please contact us if you would like to join the team.
